Beauty is color.Beauty is shape. Beauty is sound. Beauty is smell. Where can this beauty be found you may ask. It can be found in many places. A park,a house, a library, a magazine. Throughout this sememster we have looked at different art and have also explored the some philosophies of architure.
We saw how beauty can be portrayed in a house, or maybe even an airport. To some it may seem as a structure we reside in but to others it may be a sculpture made not only for the purpose of having somewhere to live but also to have a sense of happiness when you look at this beautiful structure that you are about to enter.
I mentioned that beauty is also sound and smell. I would like to explain that. Beauty can also be found in a person. Especially in someone you love. That is why I say that to me beauty is my daughter and son. When I hear the sound of my daughters voice ,without looking at her, I see beauty. The smile on her faces makes me feel happy and also shows her beauty. The scent that sticks to their clothes reminds me of them and of how much I love them and how beautiful they are. So beauty isint just defined by what the dictionary says it is also defined by what is pleasures your mind and soul and means something to you.
