Where is storytelling located

Envision a world full of storytellers, who make up stories, as well as become part of the story, and during the making of their stories they bring out our world in these stories. Life has become a story, as time goes on we are like an open book. From the time god created the heavens and the earth till the time he endeavored upon Adam and Eve, till now. As we grow, as we live and even as we build families, we are telling stories of our lives. What is storytelling, and where is storytelling located. Many people can make up or abstract a story, but can you? Stories can be found in us, as well as buildings around the world. As I tell you about storytelling, I will then name a location where people use storytelling as a way of life, such as book readings etc.

We do not hear such a question very often, where is storytelling located, nor has anyone ever asked where storytelling is. Before we answer the question of where, we should ask who or what is or plays a role in storytelling. There are many different ways that you can tell stories; one way is too lie, or make up a fallacy, that is how many people make up stories. Whom does storytelling involve? Does it involve us, as well as the whole world, or us as a whole? Yes, of course it involves everyone, because we are the ones whom have the good fortune to create an image out of a book, so we can entertain people. But, to answer this particular question, we have to look inside of ourselves. Storytelling is inside all of us. How? Just think, most of us go about storytelling the same way we go about our own lives, but we are not living in a fairy tell world. We are born, we grow up, get jobs and pass on an inheritance to others and then we die. "Life is an open book," we can tell you a story about our whole life, and add to it, but how we perceive our story is one thing; how others take it is another. Storytelling is a part of us because we can so often imagine things that can happen to us or that has happened to us, and depending on if we are smart we can concoct a complete story, and not even remember how it went afterwards.

The second place that you can find storytelling is in buildings. How, you ask? Well many buildings whether old, middle aged, new or even just being built have significance. A building that has lasted many years, and has even had some hardships, has a story to it. One story could be that it was a place for holocaust survivors whom were able to escape, or the building could have survived a massive earthquake or fires even severe weather like hurricane Katrina. Many times buildings are where the real stories lye.
During all of this, we ask where storytelling is located. There are many locations; such as in the forest, in your own home, downtown on State Street, and even during a concert; music tells a story. But the main place storytelling tellers can be located is at book seminars, where the authors sometimes read aloud to adults and children. Books that tell stories are things like romance novels, fictional books, and children’s stories. One example of a romance novel is a book called..... In the beginning it starts off by telling of mid evil times when a young boy’s father was injured after a battle, and before he died he asked his son to avenge him. During the book in another chapter, there is a young girl whom is very precarious and adventurous; in which her family calls her the black sheep of the family, because she is always getting into trouble. At this time she is about ten years old, and she does not want her father to pick out her a husband she wants too chose her own husband for when she becomes of age. She feels that her eldest sister is the most beautiful women in her family and feels that she (the young girl) is ugly. At dinner time, because her family was picking on her, she bets her sister that she will find her own husband even if she has too follow him around, which she does find him, (the young boy who grew into a man.) In the end when she was about to leave her husband; because she felt as if he chose his mother over her, after he had slayed or avenged his Father, he came to proclaim his love and take her back home on his stallion and then they lived happily ever after. As I justified before music can tell a story like for instance country music, hip hop and even R and B. One musician whom told a story in his music is Rkelly, the story of when he was locked in the closet because the woman that he was seducing husband had come home and she seduced her husband then, but he Rkelly got caught because he was not expecting his phone to ring. Another song by the Isley Brothers called “contagious,” in which the man hears his babies voice (girlfriends) screaming out “your contagious, touch me baby, give me what you’ve got,” and then as he walks up the stairs and he hears another man’s voice saying “sexy lady, drive me crazy, drive me wild, in that instant he finds her in bed with another man. Even during slavery, blacks told stories through song; to be freed. Each individual has a story, ask the president of the United States, Barak Obama.

Everywhere we go everything we see, every song we hear, and everything we feel is depicted in storytelling. Life has many virtues. Storytelling is a part of our history, our culture, and our lives. What we make of it is what it takes for storytelling to involve storytellers.
